Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Linux OS internals and operational OS skills
• Expertise in handling overall IT infrastructure scheduled maintenance
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Global Markets Post Trade services
• Good understanding of ITIL methodologies
• Understanding of SRE concepts and hands-on knowledge of using DevOps tools and technologies
• Ability to work directly for Artech on W2
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Azure and AWS cloud exposure
• Exposure to Dynatrace and Splunk
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple global teams and deliver with minimal mentoring
• Evaluate and analyze existing technology components for improvement
• Provide L3 support during US business hours, including weekend coverage based on rota
• Manage and implement end-to-end Linux-based infrastructure hosting critical core components
• Support and monitor application infrastructure and internal core components
• Proactively address application issues on infrastructures
• Work on tool development, automation, release management, troubleshooting, and capacity DR planning
