Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to help design, maintain, improve, and expand the physical infrastructure of a data center. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of critical power and cooling systems, capacity management, infrastructure projects, and operational resiliency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of data center critical infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and/or structured cabling systems, with an engineering or technical discipline background.
Experience supporting budgets and cost controls for data center projects and infrastructure operations, including exposure to capital projects and vendor cost management.
Demonstrated experience partnering with Real Estate, Critical Systems, Construction, and Technology teams to deliver infrastructure projects and operational outcomes.
Proven ability to lead or significantly contribute to data center infrastructure engineering and design activities, including interpreting design standards, supporting technical contract requirements, and identifying implementation risks.
Typically 5 years of experience in Data Center, Critical Systems, or related infrastructure engineering disciplines.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience leading teams or workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional partners, with the ability to influence peers, project stakeholders, and vendors.
Working knowledge of risk assessment and availability concepts for data centers or colocation environments.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Design, maintain, and improve data center infrastructure.
Conduct capacity planning for power, space, and cooling.
Collaborate with construction teams, utilities, vendors, and facility stakeholders.
