Network / System Engineer III

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Charlotte ATM Lab. The ideal candidate will have experience in software installation and configuration, particularly within a virtual and physical ATM environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Planning, scheduling, and executing software installs and updates
• Proficiency with Software Distribution tools (e.g., SCCM)
• Strong networking skills
• Experience with PowerShell and Python scripting
• Familiarity with Client Horizon Platform
• ATM hardware technician experience
• Basic knowledge of AI Prompt engineering
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Charlotte ATM Lab
• Install, configure, and patch software on Windows systems
• Install ATM software on Virtual and Physical ATM Machines
• Install vulnerability patches to address CVEs on Windows
• Prepare physical ATM hardware for tests and ensure all devices are operative
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and networking/connectivity issues
• Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians
• Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines and review installations for success/failure
