Network / System Engineer III

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patching, configuring, and maintaining large vSphere 8x and VCF 9x environments, as well as troubleshooting network, storage, and hardware issues. This role requires strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in supporting, troubleshooting, maintaining, patching, and performance analysis of Client vSphere and ESXi beyond VM support, including v8.x and VCF9
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supporting Aria suite products
• Strong understanding and experience with security and authentication of Client and hardware interfaces
• Strong networking, infrastructure knowledge, and troubleshooting ability
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within Software Defined Storage (VSAN) and experience
• Ability to work directly for Artech on W2
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• High-level knowledge and experience with Client ProLiant and Dell server hardware platform configuration with associated firmware and management interfaces
• Ability to follow, define, document, and implement technical procedures
• PowerShell Scripting

• Creating and maintaining documentation, updating certificates, and identifying and remediating violations and vulnerabilities
• Executing technical strategy and ensuring meticulous attention to detail
• Working in a high-pressure environment where time to deliver is of paramount importance
