    About the Role

    seeking a Network & Systems Administrator to provide fractional IT support for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a versatile IT professional with strong experience in patch management, vulnerability management, systems/network troubleshooting, and Tier 2 help desk support.

    The candidate will work closely with the clients existing IT team to ensure secure, stable, and optimized operations while providing direct support for escalated technical issues.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform patch management and routine system updates across servers, endpoints, and network devices.

    Conduct vulnerability management assessments and assist in remediation planning.

    Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues escalated beyond Tier 1 support.

    Provide Tier 2 help desk support, including Windows OS, applications, and connectivity issues.

    Assist with documentation and reporting related to IT operations, patching, and vulnerabilities.

    Collaborate with the clients IT team to ensure IT processes align with security best practices.

    Qualifications

    3–5 years of experience in systems and network administration.

    Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, patching tools, and vulnerability management platforms.

    Solid troubleshooting skills across network and systems infrastructure.

    Experience providing Tier 2 end-user support in a professional environment.

    Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, NIST) is a plus.

    Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    Ability to work independently in a fractional, remote capacity.
