This role involves supporting next-generation programmable Infrastructure Processing Units (IPUs) within the Networking Solutions Group.
It includes providing technical support for Ethernet products, participating in the full IPU lifecycle from hardware bring-up to feature testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions.
The candidate will develop technical documentation, improve tools, analyze customer feedback, and contribute to product enhancements.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in networking fundamentals, NIC hardware/software, Linux, and network protocols, with a background in system software, hardware troubleshooting, and collaboration with cloud providers.
Preferred skills include knowledge of data center Ethernet ecosystems, secure boot, and proficiency with development tools.
