Skills Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting wired and wireless networking infrastructure In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and related technologies Knowledgeable in Installation and Configuration of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers Knowledgeable in Cisco WLAN Management systems and Access Points Experience supporting various wireless client platforms in an enterprise environment Knowledgeable with Cisco layer 2 switches (VLAN's, access and trunk ports) Working knowledge of DNS and related technologies Strong problem- determination skills and resolution experience (desktop and network troubleshooting) Excellent teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal) Experience supporting wireless implementations and upgrades (preferred) Bachelor's degree in computer science or related analytical field or equivalent experience Work Description: Provide implementations/migration support for the following rollouts to our retail stores and support sites: Wireless network (Wi-Fi) expansion/upgrade. Implementation support for enabling new wireless access points and updating wireless configurations in multiple locations Support the expansion and upgrade of wireless networking in retail and manufacturing environments Provide premier customer service while resolving Wi-Fi issues in retail stores and support sites.
