Title: Network Technician

Required Skills:
- 6+ years of Network Support experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking and Fiber Optics
- Experience with routing, switching, WiFi, firewalls, and IP Telephony
- Skilled in racking, stacking, cabling, patching, and decommissioning network devices
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, DNS, switch ports, and power systems
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and IMAC activities
Key Responsibilities:- Support and maintain network infrastructure and telecom equipment
- Install, remove, and troubleshoot network hardware, fiber, and copper cabling
- Respond to ServiceNow incidents and perform smart hands support
- Support WiFi, RF, LTE/5G, VSAT, and other telecom technologies
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for network operations and maintenance
- Follow change management, safety, and compliance procedures
Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise network environments and field telecom infrastructure.
