We’re looking for a passionate Network Technician to help manage our growing multi -state network. Ideally, the candidate should be able to work in a team and be able to provide support to end customers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Good communication skills in emails, phone, in person and tickets
    <\/li>
  • Investigating faults, outages and issues in the network
    <\/li>
  • Reporting network status to key stakeholders
    <\/li>
  • Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and system performance
    <\/li>
  • Enforce policies for standardizing systems
    <\/li>
  • Verify and follow -up with customer -related issues
    <\/li>
  • Answer incoming calls in a pleasant and helpful manner
    <\/li>
  • Document incidents by creating tickets with complete information following SLA guidelines
    <\/li>
  • Troubleshoot, analyze and research to resolve repeating issues and complex problems documenting findings and developing procedures to prevent future issues

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Proven work experience in networking, IT, or other related field
      <\/li>
    • Excellent customer service skills
      <\/li>
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
      <\/li>
    • Ability to identify reoccurring problems and find root cause solutions
      <\/li>
    • Strong attention to detail
      <\/li>
    • Self -motivated
      <\/li>
    • Ability to document requirements and specifications
      <\/li>
    • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or documented in field work experience
