Novant Health is seeking a Neurology Hospital Floor Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide primary health care and perform selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians. This position will support inpatient neurology services in Winston-Salem, NC, including coverage of the general neurology consult service and stroke service, with responsibilities alternating between the two services based on departmental needs and scheduling.

• The APP will perform comprehensive neurological evaluations, provide stroke and neurological follow-up care, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary neurology team to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care.

• Education: Master's degree required. Graduate of an NCCPA-accredited Physician Assistant program required.
• Experience: Open to both experienced providers and motivated new graduates with neurology exposure or related clinical background.
• Licensure/Certification:
• • Current PA license in the applicable state required
  • NCCPA certification required
  • Current DEA registration required

• Ability to successfully complete organization-wide and department-specific competency validation and skills assessments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, APPs, leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Additional specialty-specific training and onboarding support provided onsite as needed
