Shift: Day 3x12-hour (07:00 19:30) / Night 3x12-hour (19:30 07:30)
Schedule: Every other weekend, rotation every 4 weeks (schedule finalized during interview)

What Youll Do
Provide specialized nursing care to neuro ICU patients, including monitoring intracranial pressure and ventilator management
Administer medications and IV therapies, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
Document patient progress using Epic EHR system
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
Support patients with telemetry, intracranial monitoring, and ventilator management
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for multi-state license
Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience
BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (AHA)
Skills in IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management, intracranial pressure monitoring
Preferred:
Previous travel nursing experience
Experience with Epic EHR system
