Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of Neuro ICU experience
- Current BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications from AHA
- Proficiency in advanced clinical skills such as IV starts, telemetry monitoring, ventilator management, and intracranial pressure monitoring
- Experience with Electronic Health Records, preferably Epic
- Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Additional certifications related to neuro or critical care
- Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse with active licensure
- At least 2 years of Neuro ICU experience in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 12-hour day/night shifts with a rotating schedule
- On-call availability required
- Ability to start by June 15, 2026
- Parking permits available through CampusParc options
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $59.18, with shifts from 19:30 to 07:30, totaling 12 hours per shift, with every other weekend off.
