Job Description

We are seeking a Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a high-acuity acute care setting. First-time travelers are welcome with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry and neuro nursing skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neuro telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of Neuro Tele/MS Tele experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Strong critical thinking and patient monitoring skills
• Ability to float between units as needed
