Intermountain Health seeks a Neuro Vestibular Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with dizziness, imbalance, concussion, and neurologic conditions in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive vestibular and neurologic assessments, individualized evidence-based treatment planning, and delivery of specialized interventions such as gaze stabilization, balance, and gait training.
