Job Summary

Pay Range

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

• Required: None required.

• Preferred: One (1) year of pediatric health care experience.

Education

• Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Neurodiagnostic Program.

• Preferred: Associate degree.

Training

• Required: None required.

Specialized Skills

• Required: Ability to effectively communicate pertinent clinical data accurately and consistently with the physician team and leadership. Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards and respect; advance care through development of new ideas and technology; promote teamwork to achieve CHOCs mission; and understand and exceed customer expectations, effectively solve complex patient care and organizational problems, role model positive and professional behavior.

• Preferred: Bilingual in English/ Spanish.

Licensure

• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS); Must be board eligible to take Registered EEG Technologist. Registered EEG Tech must be obtained within one (1) year of hire date.
