    Neurohospitalist – 7on/7off | High-Acuity, Team-Based Care
    University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center | Glen Burnie, MD

    Join a collaborative and high-performing neurology team at UM BWMC, part of the leading University of Maryland Medical System. We’re seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurohospitalist to deliver exceptional inpatient neurologic care in a dynamic community hospital setting with academic support.

    Role Overview 

    • 7 on / 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts
    • Inpatient-focused role: ICU, medical floors, and ED consults
    • 46-bed closed ICU + onsite vascular neurologist
    • Comprehensive stroke program with strong institutional support
    • Opportunities to perform EEG & EMG

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Starting at $375K+ (based on 168 shifts/year)
    • $20,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

    Qualifications

    • BC/BE in Neurology
    • Maryland medical license (or eligibility)
    • Active DEA certification
    • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
