Experience: Board Certified in Neurological Surgery, fellowship trained
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What Youll Do:
Provide 24/7 neurosurgical trauma coverage at a busy facility
Respond to STAT trauma consults within 30 minutes and regular consults within 24 hours
Conduct rounding on approximately 10-12 inpatients daily
Manage new patient consultations (average 3-4 per day) using Epic charting system
Support urgent neurosurgical needs and trauma cases as part of a dedicated team
Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
What You Need:
Active Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC with LOC in hand
Board Certification in Neurological Surgery via the American Board of Neurological Surgery
Fellowship training in neurological surgery
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in neurosurgical trauma or trauma coverage
Strong responsiveness and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency consults within designated timeframes
