Position Overview

This role will be a vital part of the region's most comprehensive clinically integrated network.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with three established Neurologists and one dedicated Advanced Practice Provider.
• Split practice between two locations: McLeod Health Seacoast and McLeod Health Carolina Forest.
• Join the McLeod Health Seacoast practice location.
• Focus exclusively on outpatient care, ensuring a healthy work/life balance.
• No stroke call or inpatient responsibilities.
• Benefit from a strong referral network.
• Practice hours: Monday to Thursday; early closure on Fridays.

About Our FacilitiesMcLeod Health Seacoast

As the second largest hospital in our system, McLeod Health Seacoast serves as a cornerstone facility. Recent expansions include a four-story patient tower, a new Emergency Department, and state-of-the-art operating rooms. The hospital features advanced diagnostic imaging capabilities, including MRI and 3D mammography, and has over 200 active and affiliate physicians across more than 38 specialties. In 2025, we will launch the first comprehensive Cancer Center in Horry County, consolidating various oncology services under one roof.

McLeod Health Carolina Forest

Since 2016, we have expanded our services into Carolina Forest, one of Horry County's fastest-growing regions. Our 43-acre campus includes a seven-building complex offering diverse outpatient services, including Family Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and more. A free-standing Emergency Department and Surgical Center is set to open in February 2025, and we are currently constructing a new 48-bed hospital, anticipated to open in 2026, which will be the first new hospital built in Horry County since 2011.
