AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurologist specializing in Neuroimmunology and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to join our growing, multidisciplinary team at the Orlando Innovation Tower. This position offers the opportunity to practice advanced, patient-centered neuroimmunology care within a large academic medical center and participate in clinical education and research initiatives. We will also consider candidates for a directorship position based on years of experience and academic performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with neuroimmunologic disorders including multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders, autoimmune encephalitis, and other related diseases.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurology subspecialists, rehabilitation, imaging, and infusion services.
- Participate actively in the Neurology Residency Program — providing teaching, mentorship, and supervision for residents and medical students.
- Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives in neuroimmunology and neurodegenerative disease.
- Engage in continuing education, interdisciplinary conferences, and institutional academic activities.
- Maintain compliance with AdventHealth standards for patient care, documentation, and professional ethics.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program.
- Fellowship training in Neuroimmunology, Multiple Sclerosis, or a related subspecialty preferred.
- Eligible for or currently Board Certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
- Florida medical license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Strong commitment to academic medicine, teaching, and patient-centered care.
