Healthcare United is seeking a Neurologist with interest in general neurology neuromuscular or neurophysiology to join a growing neuroscience program in South Central Pennsylvania. This position offers a primarily outpatient practice with inpatient support within a collaborative team based environment. Physicians will have access to strong specialty support advanced diagnostic resources and a robust referral network. Opportunities to develop subspecialty interests and participate in teaching are available
• Provide general neurology care with option to develop focus in neuromuscular or neurophysiology
• Outpatient clinic with support for inpatient consults at affiliated hospitals
• Perform and interpret diagnostic studies including EMG and EEG as applicable
• Collaborate with neurologists neurosurgeons and multidisciplinary care teams
• Access neurodiagnostic technicians and advanced clinical resources
• Strong referral base from primary care and specialty providers
• Opportunity to participate in teaching medical students and residents
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
• Interest or experience in neuromuscular or neurophysiology preferred
• Strong clinical skills in general neurology
• Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
