Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist to join our collaborative team in Findlay, NW Ohio member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
- Flexible schedule: 2-5 days/week
- Support: 1 neurologist, 2 APPs, 24/7 hospitalists, full specialty backup, care team model, medical staff of 750 providers across 54 specialties
- 100% outpatient: optional inpatient for additional income
- Office Call: 1:3 with APP first call
- Technology: onsite EEG & EMG, stroke-certified system, strong rehab services, 12-bed ACU

Compensation & Benefits (40 hours/week)
- Base Salary: $400,000 (guaranteed beyond initial term)
- Signing Bonus: $100,000 ($50k Year 1, $50k Year 2)
- 5 weeks PTO, $5K CME + $10K relocation assistance
- 403(b) with 4% match + full benefits
