Position Highlights
Collegial multispecialty group practice with a large referral base
Focus on team-based care
Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems
Full complement of clinical and administrative support teams to assist with patient care including a dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider
Primary Responsibilities
Provide evaluation diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system including strokes dementia seizures and Parkinsons disease
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
Clinical care of Neurology patients

Required Qualifications
Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
Board Certification or board eligibility in Neurology
Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from 250500 - 440500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets education work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package incentive and recognition programs equity stock purchase and 401k contribution all benefits are subject to eligibility
