Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency Program (typically 4 years)
Active and unrestricted Nevada medical license through the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS often preferred)
