About This Opportunity:

Reading Hospital, a financially stable 700+ bed not-for-profit hospital and regional referral center located in West reading, PA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support our multidisciplinary health care team at the Sleep Center. The Advanced Practitioner will primarily conduct health care assessments and evaluations on adult sleep patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess health status and perform comprehensive physical exams.
• Identify risk factors and formulate clinical decisions to manage acute and chronic sleep illness.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Develops a diagnosis and collaborates a treatment plan with a physician.
• Performs diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.
• Develops and actively involved in patient education plan.
