Neurosurgeon - Complex Spine

Pay range:

$220,000.00 - $850,000.00

Overlake Clinics is currently recruiting for a neurosurgeon with a spine focus, and comfort level with multilevel deformity correction. This role will join our growing group of neurosurgeons and APPs.

Program highlights:

• Join a well-established, growing comprehensive multidisciplinary spine program
• Collaborate with an experienced team of neurosurgical spine specialists

• Practice within a large, employed multispecialty medical group
• Established neurohospitalist coverage and robust outpatient neurology resources
• Part of a larger system (MultiCare) with a transfer center

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency program
• Spine fellowship required
• Training in minimally invasive surgery preferred
• Willingness to take call for a level 2 trauma center
• WA medical license prior to start date

Compensation & Benefits:

• Generous value based compensation model: $919k - 1.5M
