Join our highly skilled team of 2 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers in suburban Fort Wayne, Indiana. This important and foundational position is part of IU Health's strategic growth plan. Partner with a robust primary care referral base; in a catchment area over 1,000,000 to build your successful practice. Enjoy a collaborative outpatient practice with APP support, and full hospital/inpatient operations starting in 2027.
Position Details:
- Full-time clinical employment
- A mix of inpatient, outpatient and dedicated OR time
- Flexibility as we build and shape this new service line and facility
- Practice locations; 10101 Ernst Road, Roanoke, Indiana and 4105 Dicke Rd, Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Opportunities to participate in education, leadership, research, and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Must be licensed or license eligible in Indiana
