- License/Certifications: Current Massachusetts RN license, Board Certified in Neurosurgery (required)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience
- Patient Population: Adults
- Procedures: Inpatient neurosurgery, rounding with residents, patient assessments, discharge planning, ordering, and reviewing patient care plans
- Preferred Skills: Ability to remove drains (Hemovac/Jp drains)
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $129.98/hr

What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with residents to perform rounds on neurosurgery patients
- Review patient progress and update care plans
- Manage inpatient neurosurgical cases, including ordering and reviewing treatments
- Discharge patients and coordinate follow-up care
- Work independently on patient assessments and interventions related to neurosurgery
- Document all patient interactions using Epic EMR system
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Board Certification in Neurosurgery
- Minimum 1 year neuro-specific clinical experience
- Ability to perform drain removal (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
