Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner – Boston, MA

Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $129.98/hr

What You’ll Do
- Perform inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including rounding with residents and managing plan development
- Review patient status and update orders as needed
- Assist in discharge planning and coordinate patient care
- Manage drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred skill)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans using Epic EMR
- Provide patient education and support for adults with neurosurgical needs
What You Need
- Valid Massachusetts license and Board Certification in Neurosurgery required
- Minimum 1 year neuro-specific nursing experience
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
