• Licenses/Certifications: MA State Licensure, BC in Neurosurgery required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience

What You’ll Do:

• Perform inpatient neurosurgery patient assessments and rounding
• Review patient charts, update treatment plans, and input orders
• Manage patient discharges and coordinate care plans
• Collaborate with residents and assist in patient care delivery
• Remove drains (hemovac/JP) and perform patient evaluations
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Support hospital protocols for neurosurgical patient management

What You Need:

• Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required)
• MA State License
• 1+ years of neurosurgery experience
• Ability to handle inpatient neurosurgical care independently
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Ability to work well within a team
