Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $151.32/hr
  • Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
  • Participate in inpatient neurosurgery rounds alongside residents
  • Review patient plans, assess "need-to-see" cases, and update orders
  • Manage discharge processes
  • Remove drains such as Hemovac or JP drains (preferred skill)
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting
  • Document patient care in Epic EMR system
  • Support the neurosurgical team by providing patient care only (no OR duties)

What You Need
  • Required:
    • Board Certified in Neurosurgery
    • MA State License in good standing
    • At least 1 year of neuro experience
    • Ability to remove drains (preferred)
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with inpatient neurosurgery patients
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills
