Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $151.32/hr

What You’ll Do- Work collaboratively with residents, providing inpatient neurosurgery care.
- Review patient plans, see patients requiring assessment, and manage orders and discharges.
- Conduct rounding, patient evaluations, and post-discharge follow-ups.
- Perform procedures such as drain removal (hemovac/JP drains) as needed.
- Ensure quality patient care within a hospital environment using Epic EMR.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Provide patient-centered care to adult neurosurgery patients.
What You Need
Required:
- Massachusetts state license
- Board Certification in Neurosurgery (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year neuro-related experience
- Ability to remove drains (hemovac/JP drains)
Preferred:
- Experience working in inpatient neurosurgical settings
- Strong clinical and communication skills
