What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with residents during rounds to develop patient care plans
  • Review and place orders for neurosurgery inpatients
  • See patients requiring assessment or follow-up
  • Manage discharge planning and patient transitions
  • Remove drains such as Hemovac or JP drains (preferred skill)
  • Provide patient care exclusively (no OR involvement)
  • Ensure quality inpatient neuro care for adult patients
What You Need
  • Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required)
  • MA State Licensure (or willing to obtain)
  • Minimum 1 year neuro inpatient experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
