Job Summary

Tenet Healthcare and The Hospitals of Providence Sierra Campus are seeking a fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon to join a well-established, distinguished practice in one of the most strategically equipped neurosurgical environments in the region. You will become part of a collaborative team that includes two Neurosurgeons and an APP, supported by a hospital network that holds Comprehensive Stroke Center designation and offers cutting-edge technology including Stealth Navigation, a dedicated Neuro suite, and a biplane suite. • Full-time, employed neurosurgery opportunity
• General neurosurgery scope including cranial and spine procedures
• Primary practice at Sierra Campus with option to expand call coverage and grow across additional campuses
• Group structure: 2 Neurosurgeons + 1 APP
• Cover 2 facilities located approximately 2 miles apart
• Sierra Campus: 306-bed facility with 12 OR suites, hybrid OR, 3 cath labs, dedicated Neuro suite, biplane, and Stealth Navigation — designated Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Access to a full four-campus hospital network, the largest in the El Paso region
• Additional campuses include Primary Stroke Centers, teaching facilities, and advanced hybrid OR capabilities
• Centralized billing, coding, and collections support

• MD or DO degree
• Board eligible or board certified in Neurosurgery
• Fellowship training required
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates and experienced neurosurgeons are both encouraged to apply
