The New Account Agents primary responsibility is Customer Business Account set up, reporting, and testing. Their duties include the processing of new account documentation which includes changes and updates, audit of master data attributes that affect business account set up, answering queue calls related to customer business account set up/changes/updates, update customer credit card information, and collaborate with internal and external teams to understand the impacts of master data changes on the business.

Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare documentation for inquiries received via email and AODOCS for customer business account set up, which includes changes and updates.
• Perform testing for customer Master Data Management activities in SAP and the Customer Business Account portal.
• Act as point of contact for Finance, Sales, CXEC for reporting related to master data attribute standards for customer business accounts.
• Resolve customer hierarchy issues, and payment issues driven by MDM or Customer credit card issues Run and review monthly audit reports and reconciliations, and address procedural errors found to prevent future issues.
• Answer queue calls and reply to emails related to customer business accounts.
• Add or change customer credit card information

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of Consumer Goods Industry experience
• Ability to use common business software (i.e., Google Office Suite, Excel and SAP)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Computer Systems, Finance, or Tax
• 1+ year of Finance function experience
• 1+ year of data management experience
• Master Data Management experience
• Ability to manage multiple activities and set priorities
