Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options and trade-in evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall dealership goals.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive dealership offerings.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
