Position Overview: The Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to final sale. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Explain financing, warranties, and additional services
Maintain follow-up communication with customers
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license (required)
