Strategic Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed annual revenue goals
Drive lead generation, identify client needs, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Prospecting & Pipeline Development
Identify target accounts and develop outreach strategies
Execute daily sales activities including phone calls, video meetings, in-person presentations, and event participation
Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
Sales Execution & CRM Management
Deliver tailored proposals aligned with client needs
Maintain accurate records of all activities within CRM systems
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through close and transition to client success
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, finance, and leadership teams
Refine sales strategies based on performance data and market feedback
Collaborate with client success teams to ensure seamless handoff and future growth opportunities
3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience with a track record of revenue growth
Experience selling IT services or within the technology sector (MSP experience preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Experience with social selling and building relationships via platforms like LinkedIn
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
Experience in a “seller/doer” role within IT or professional services
Familiarity with managed services, cloud solutions, or IT infrastructure offerings
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
Base Salary: Included within OTE
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: $125,000+ (first year)
