What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, referrals, and relationship building.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance products.
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently work toward production goals.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new clients.
- Build relationships that create long-term customer loyalty and agency growth.
- Represent Usery Insurance Agency with professionalism and a strong sales mindset.

This position is focused on selling and growing the agency. You will have the ability to focus your time and energy on:

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
- Life license is a plus but not required.
- Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting goals.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
