Tubbs Brothers is looking for an energetic, motivated leader to become our next New Car Sales Manager. Located in Michigan’s beautiful, family-friendly Thumb region, our well-established rural dealership is ready for a resurgence. This is the perfect breakthrough opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Manager, Finance Manager (F&I), Team Leader, or Top-Producing Salesperson who is ready to step into a definitive management role.

The Opportunity: Help Us Rebuild Momentum

We believe in transparency. At our peak, our dealership retailed approximately 40 new and 60 used vehicles per month. Today, we average 20 new and 35 used. We have strong roots, loyal clients, and massive untapped potential. We do not want a placeholder manager; we want a builder. If you have the drive to reshape our sales culture, optimize digital leads, and grow our market share, we will give you the tools and autonomy to do it.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected First-Year Earnings: $85,000 – $120,000+ (Base salary + aggressive performance-based bonuses)

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record in automotive sales (Required). Management or F&I experience is a plus, but we will train the right leader.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern dealership CRMs, digital retailing tools, and internet lead management.
  • Process-Driven: Ability to implement structured sales processes, desk deals, and hold the team accountable.
  • Culture-Builder: A positive motivator who leads by example on the showroom floor, not just from behind a desk.
  • Community-Minded: Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships in a small-town environment.
