Position Summary
We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our sales team. No prior car sales experience required — we’ll train you!
What You’ll Do
Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicle
Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
Negotiate deals and close sales
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet monthly sales targets while delivering outstanding service
What We’re Looking For:
Enthusiastic, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Team-oriented person who works well with others
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Valid Michigan driver’s license with clean driving record
Self-motivated with a desire to earn top commissions
