Mature Caregivers – Trusted Life Choices (Omaha, NE) - Seeking Experienced Only Caregivers

At Trusted Life Choices we are required effective immediately by the, state of Nebraska, all hired caregivers must have completed CPR training and basic first aid training before you can begin your first shift.

Trusted Life Choice Home Care Agency is recruiting seasoned and mature Caregivers in the Omaha metro area. We are providing all shifts. Experienced and compassionate caregivers need only to apply. Applicants must documented experience as a caregiver. Must always be on time for their scheduled shifts with the understanding that all shifts are awake shifts (no sleeping on the job). We are committed to delivering high‑quality care that allows individuals to remain safe and supported in their homes. All applicants must successfully complete background and drug screenings.

Position Overview

Ideal candidates are dependable, compassionate, and have strong communication skills. Reliable transportation and professional references are required.

Shift Requirement:

• All shifts available/excellent experience

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support
• Monitor and document vital signs
• Provide support for individuals with dementia and disabilities
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Follow care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Engage clients in meaningful, enriching activities

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving and healthcare experience a must
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility
• Basic proficiency in health assessments and vital‑sign monitoring
• Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with dementia care is a plus
• Willingness to assist with meal preparation
• Home‑care certification preferred
