New CDL Graduates – Regional CDL-A Driver | Paid Training

We are hiring Class A CDL Truck Driver Trainees for a structured training program designed to help new drivers transition into full-time OTR positions. This program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a solo driver.

This is a great opportunity for drivers who recently earned their CDL and are looking to gain real-world experience with guided support.

Training Program Details

• Initial Onboarding: Minimum 7 days in Tontitown, AR
• Meet company teams and complete skills evaluation
• Additional training provided if needed
• $100 food stipend provided during onboarding

Mentor Training Phase

• Minimum 10 days with a driver mentor
• Paid $75 per day during training
• Gain hands-on experience driving real routes

Upgrade to Solo Driver

After completing training:

• Final evaluations include:
  • Backing test
  • Pre-trip inspection
  • Road test
• Once approved, drivers are upgraded to a first seat (solo driver) position
• Assigned to an OTR division with consistent miles

What You'll Do (After Training)

• Run OTR routes with consistent freight
• Gain real-world driving experience
• Operate safely and follow company guidelines

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must have obtained CDL within the last 12 months
• Little to no driving experience required (0–3 months)
• Willingness to travel for onboarding (Tontitown, AR)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
