Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually
Location: Hybrid – Must live within 25 miles of a major airport in the Dallas, TX market
Travel: Up to 85% nationwide travel

At The Learning Experience, “Happy Happens Here.” As a New Center Opening Manager, you’ll support franchisees through every stage of launching new childcare centers nationwide. From staffing and training to operational readiness and grand openings, you’ll help ensure each center opens successfully and delivers an exceptional family experience.


Responsibilities
  •  Support new center openings including staffing, licensing, training, and operational readiness 
  •  Train and coach Center Directors and leadership teams on TLE standards and systems 
  •  Ensure compliance with state childcare regulations and brand standards 
  •  Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to support enrollment growth and center performance 
  •  Analyze operational KPIs, staffing, enrollment, and financial performance to identify improvement opportunities 
  •  Travel extensively to provide onsite opening support nationwide 
Qualifications
  •  3+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, franchise operations, childcare, hospitality, or retail leadership 
  •  Childcare experience preferred 
  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience 
  •  Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Must be comfortable with up to 85% travel and flexible scheduling
