What to Expect in This Role

Working in our Back of House means being part of a fast-paced, high-energy team that takes pride in delivering quality food with care and consistency. This role is both rewarding and challenging, offering opportunities to grow, learn, and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food with precision and care
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Work across multiple kitchen stations (fries, breading, prep, assembly)
• Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and efficient
• Support your team by working with urgency and purpose
• Follow all safety procedures and operational standards
• Complete training and stay current on new products and processes
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Availability Requirements

To best serve our guests and team, candidates:

• Full-Time should be available for early morning (5:30 a.m.) or evening shifts (until 11:00 p.m.)
• Part-Time positions will be based on your availability and the needs of the guest
• Should be able to work Saturdays for Full and Part-Time team members
• Have reliable transportation
• Are committed to showing up prepared and on time
