Job Description

Handle our inbound leads that originate from our website, online marketing, company Realtors and outside Realtors.

In addition to all the traditional mortgage products (conventional, VA, FHA) we also offer financing for buyers who cannot qualify for traditional bank financing, including our exclusive U-pick seller financing program.  With this program a borrower can purchase ANY home for sale regardless of their credit score (400 score ok).  Difficult income situations ok too.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with inbound mortgage leads (phone, email, chat, and text)
  
• Qualify leads and sort them into the proper buying categories depending on the type of financing they need
  
• Gather initial docs and refer them to the proper departments within our mortgage and real estate companies
  
• Assist in the mortgage process from origination to close of escrow
  
• Stay in communication with new prospects until they have a final disposition
  
• Refer clients who cannot qualify currently to our proven local credit repair company
  

Many applicants who apply for seller financing do qualify for traditional financing. Many others buy through our in-house "U-pick" seller financing program. The Borrower chooses the home they want (from any home for sale). Our investor group will then purchase the home and sell to the buyer with seller financing. This makes any home for sale a seller financing home! And these transactions create loan officer commissions.

Requirements

Qualified candidate should possess the following:

• REQUIRED:  Active Arizona Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License
  
• Valid Arizona driver's license with dependable transportation
  
• Cell phone and laptop computer
  
• Have good organization skills, good follow-up skills
  
• School Diploma or equivalent - Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University preferred
  
• Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Strong familiarity of mortgage processes, procedures, rules, regulations, and compliance.
  
• Proficient computer skills including experience with Adobe and Microsoft Products.
  
• Computer skills with ability to learn loan origination systems and automated underwriting systems.
