Pay & Benefits:
• $16-$25/hour depending on experience

About the Role:
As a New Construction HVAC Installation Technician, you will install residential heating, cooling, ventilation, and duct systems in newly built homes while working alongside builders, project managers, and teammates to keep projects on schedule and up to code. This hands-on role provides strong long-term growth potential within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Install residential HVAC systems in new construction homes; complete ductwork and ventilation installations; read and follow blueprints; ensure projects meet code and company standards; maintain organized job sites; collaborate with builders and fellow trades; complete installations efficiently and correctly.
What We're Looking For:
HVAC or construction experience preferred; new construction experience strongly preferred; RMGA certification required or willingness to obtain; ability to read blueprints and follow project timelines; strong work ethic; dependable and team-oriented mindset; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
