What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key part of our new construction HVAC team, responsible for:
- Installing heating & cooling equipment in new residential builds
- Ensuring all installs meet code, safety standards, and builder expectations
- Demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills on fast‑moving job sites
- Maintaining excellent customer and builder communication
- Attending manufacturer training and staying current on best practices
- Participating in safety training and following all safety protocols
You’ll be trusted to do the job right — and supported every step of the way.
What You Bring
We’re looking for HVAC pros who take pride in their craft:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC new construction experience (required)
- Journeyman license (preferred, not required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
