What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our new construction HVAC team, responsible for:

• Installing heating & cooling equipment in new residential builds
• Ensuring all installs meet code, safety standards, and builder expectations
• Demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills on fast‑moving job sites
• Maintaining excellent customer and builder communication
• Attending manufacturer training and staying current on best practices
• Participating in safety training and following all safety protocols

You’ll be trusted to do the job right — and supported every step of the way.

What You Bring

We’re looking for HVAC pros who take pride in their craft:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC new construction experience (required)
• Journeyman license (preferred, not required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A professional, reliable, safety‑focused mindset

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and confined areas
• Stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods

• Work in various weather conditions during outdoor installs
