What You'll Do

As a New Construction Specialist, you'll serve as the primary liaison between homebuyers, builders, Realtors®, designers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the construction process.

• Guide buyers through every stage of the new home construction journey.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between buyers and the builder.
• Coordinate communication with Realtors®, designers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage client selections, upgrades, and change orders.
• Assist buyers with feasibility discussions for customer-owned lots and custom home options.
• Ensure all parties remain informed and aligned throughout construction.
• Deliver concierge-level customer service from initial inquiry through project completion.

What We Offer

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ first-year earning potential with uncapped income opportunities through commissions and additional acquisition/development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years Experience in residential real estate, new construction, homebuilding, customer success, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor.
• Bachelor's Preferred
• Real Estate License in the state of Virginia
