As the New Construction Sales Counselor at Living Branches, you will cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources to communicate the unique benefits of life at Living Branches. Working closely with the Director of Sales to inform prospective residents of new construction on the Souderton Mennonite Homes and Dock Woods campuses. **Position is expected to be a full time, 2 years commitment with full benefits. He or she will be energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive and help bring the Living Branches mission to life: Together we empower older adults and families to lead lives of purpose and joy, guided by the Mennonite tradition of care and service to others. Responsibilities for our New Construction Sales Counselor:Communicates with potential residents via phone, personal meetings, email, and mailings to inform prospects about the benefits of moving to Living Branches and considering new construction; answers questions; maintains targeted sales levels through sales and deposit processDevelop an interest list for The Laurels and Linden Grove, and maintain relationships with those individuals. Collaborate with sales counselors regarding prospects' potential interest in other housing types, and financial approvalsAdvises the marketing communication specialist on the future resident communication strategy, including any postcard or ad needsGuides prospective residents through the beginning stages of entrance into Living Branches, including the admission packet meeting and interior selectionsParticipates in trade shows and exposAssists with the public relations strategy, including networking with appropriate community organizationsCoordinates or participate in special projects for the marketing team, including events for prospective residentsDiscuss the financial process, application, and pricing structure with the the prospective applicant, and discuss their financial approval resultsMinimum two years of experience in relationship-based sales or customer service. (Long-term care sales experience preferred)Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient or accomplished at public speaking.Proficient in basic computer programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Microsoft Operating Systems. Applicants must be able to correspond appropriately and timely through email, phone, text messaging, or other forms of technical communication as needed to successfully complete the requirements for this jobEffectively use CRM software to manage the referral lead base by keeping current and accurate information; familiarity with Enquire preferred.
