Our organization is expanding its Emergency Medicine services in Oklahoma and is on the lookout for Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians for both full-time and part-time roles. Position Highlights

• Compensation: $300/hour base rate plus productivity incentives for full clinical shifts
• Volume: Approximately 60,000 annual emergency department visits
• Facility: Level III Trauma Center with helipad access
• Department Size: 36-bed Emergency Department, including 5 trauma bays, within a 40,000 sq. ft. facility
• Coverage: 44 hours of physician coverage daily, supported by residents and Advanced Practice Providers (APP)
• Shifts: 11-hour shifts for consistent scheduling
• Faculty Opportunities: Options for Ultrasound Faculty with stipend or a blended core faculty and clinical track
• Compensation for Faculty: Productivity pay along with stipends for academic or non-clinical roles
• Scheduling: Flexible models to accommodate lifestyle preferences
• Housing: Company-owned housing available for block shifts
• Expansion: Additional location set to open in May 2026
• Hiring: Currently seeking ABEM, FP, and IM Boarded Emergency Medicine Physicians for the new site
